Instructions

Preparation

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for about 30 minutes.
  • Cut chicken tenders into 3-inch pieces and toss with olive oil and all seasonings.

Assembly

  • Thread the coated chicken pieces tightly onto the skewers.

Making Garlic Parmesan Butter

  • Melt butter with minced garlic in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Stir in parmesan cheese, parsley, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, ranch seasoning, dill, and onion powder.

Cooking

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place skewers in the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Flip the skewers, brush with garlic parmesan butter, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Flip again, baste once more, and cook for 5-6 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Serving

  • Brush skewers with extra garlic parmesan butter and garnish with parmesan cheese and parsley.
  • Serve hot.
