Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well blended. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
  • In a saucepan, combine sliced apples with sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice; cook until tender (5-7 minutes) and allow to cool.

Cheesecake Assembly
