  • 1 tbsp 1 tbsp fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped for freshness
  • Extra lemon wedges (optional, for garnish)
  • Crumbled feta or shaved Parmesan (optional, for a savory touch)

Instructions

Preparation

  • Start by preparing your fresh ingredients. Dice the ripe avocado, cucumber, and halved cherry tomatoes, ensuring they are bite-sized for easy mixing. If you’re using canned tuna, drain it well, otherwise, flake your fresh grilled tuna.

Combine in a Bowl

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced avocado, tuna, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes. Toss them gently to avoid mashing the avocado and keep those lovely shapes intact.

Dress the Salad
