Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Grease a small round baking dish or individual ramekins with butter.
  • Whisk the eggs in a bowl until smooth.
  • Add cottage cheese, salt, pepper, and chopped chives to the eggs and stir until fully combined.
  • Pour the egg mixture into your prepared dish and gently tap it to level the surface.

Baking

  • Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes after removing from the oven.
