Ingredients

For the Sweet Potatoes

  • 1 medium Sweet Potato, peeled and finely diced Sweet and starchy, caramelizes beautifully.
  • 1.5 tbsp Olive Oil For roasting sweet potatoes.
  • Sea Salt Enhances flavors.

For the Topping

  • 6-8 leaves Fresh Sage Leaves Fried for a crispy, herbal note.
  • Extra Olive Oil For drizzling before serving.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the Oven to 190°C (375°F).
  • Toss diced sweet potatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sea salt. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for about 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  • In a blender, combine feta, goat cheese, Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon olive oil, lemon zest, garlic powder, and cracked black pepper. Blend until smooth.

Baking

  • Transfer the cheese mixture to a baking dish and bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and puffed.
  • In a small skillet, heat 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Fry sage leaves for about 20 seconds until crisp and drain on paper towels.

Serving

  • Top the baked dip with roasted sweet potatoes and crispy sage. Drizzle with extra olive oil and serve warm with bread or crackers.

Use high-quality ingredients for best flavor. Ensure sweet potatoes are cut evenly to roast properly. Avoid rushing the blending for a smooth texture.
