Ingredients

For the Pancakes

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined and fold in the fresh blueberries.

Cooking

  • Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet.
  • Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then carefully flip and cook until golden brown.
  • Keep the pancakes warm in a low oven if desired.

Prepare the Ganache

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and heavy cream. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.

Make the Berry Sauce

  • In a small saucepan, combine the mixed berries, sugar, and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until thickened.

Serve
