Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a loaf pan. Line it with parchment paper for easy removal later.

  • In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth and glossy.
  • Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet mixture using a spatula, mixing until just combined. Stir in the chocolate chips and optional chopped dark chocolate.

Baking

  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Serving

  • Let the brownie bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then lift it out and place it on a wire rack to cool completely. Slice thickly and enjoy!
