Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp heavy cream or whipped topping For a rich, luscious filling.

For the Crunchy Topping

  • 4 pieces golden Oreos (or vanilla sandwich cookies) Adds a crispy texture, balancing the creaminess.
  • 2 pieces freeze-dried strawberries or 1 tbsp strawberry powder Enhances the flavor and gives a pop of color.
  • 1 tsp melted butter Binds the crumb mixture together for the perfect topping.

Instructions

Prepare the Strawberries

  • Wash the fresh strawberries under cold water, then pat them dry gently with a paper towel.
  • Slice each strawberry in half lengthwise to create two halves.
  • Using a small spoon or a melon baller, carefully scoop out a tiny cavity in each half for the cheesecake filling.
  • Optional: Sprinkle the cut strawberries with a little lemon juice to enhance their natural sweetness.

Make the Cheesecake Filling

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until fluffy and smooth.
  • Gradually add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy cream (or whipped topping), and whip until light and creamy.
  • Transfer the filling into a piping bag or a ziplock bag with a corner snipped off for easy dispensing.

Prepare the Crunchy Topping

  • In a food processor, combine golden Oreos (or vanilla sandwich cookies) and freeze-dried strawberries.
  • Pulse until the mixture becomes crumbly and well-combined.
  • In a small bowl, stir in the melted butter to help bind the crumbs together.

Assemble the Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries

  • Fill the strawberry halves with the cheesecake batter using the piping bag.
  • Generously pipe the creamy mixture into each half.
  • Top each filled strawberry with the crunchy Oreo and strawberry crumb mixture.
  • Chill the stuffed strawberries in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes before serving.
