Instructions

Preparation

  • Drain the corn and set aside to cool slightly.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, finely minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and smoked paprika.
  • Brush each corn cob generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese blend generously over each buttered cob.

Cooking

  • Bake the tray in the oven for 10 minutes.
  • Switch to broil mode for an additional 2–3 minutes, monitoring closely until the cheese bubbles and turns golden brown.

Serving

Notes
