Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • Lay out each tortilla on a flat surface. Spread 1-2 tablespoons of pizza sauce over each tortilla, leaving a little room around the edges.
  • Top each tortilla with a generous handful of mozzarella cheese and 4 pepperoni slices. Sprinkle lightly with oregano, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes if desired.
  • Tightly roll up each tortilla, tucking in the ingredients as you go. Place the rolled tortillas seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.

Baking

  • Spoon a little extra pizza sauce over the tops of the roll-ups for added moisture and flavor. Sprinkle more shredded mozzarella and place extra pepperoni slices on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the tortillas are slightly golden.
  • Sprinkle with dried parsley or basil before serving and serve hot with extra pizza sauce on the side for dipping.
