Burrito Wrapping

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked shredded chicken, diced avocado, ranch dressing, diced tomatoes, chopped red onion, fresh cilantro, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until well incorporated.

Warming Tortillas

  • Heat flour tortillas in a pan over low heat for about 30 seconds on each side or microwave for 10–15 seconds until warm.

Filling Burritos

  • Lay each warm tortilla flat and spoon the chicken and avocado mixture down the center. Top with shredded lettuce and cheddar cheese.

Rolling Burritos

  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla towards the center and roll tightly from the bottom to the top edge, ensuring filling is enclosed.

Serving
