Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.

  • In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, buttermilk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and homogenous.
  • Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined—be careful not to over-mix!
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top gently.

Baking
