Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C). Slice the heirloom tomatoes into 1/2 inch thick slices and arrange them on a parchment-lined tray.
  • Drizzle the tomatoes with olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt, a hint of sugar, and fresh thyme or rosemary.

Roasting

  • Roast the tomatoes for 2 to 2.5 hours until they are tender and caramelized.

Avocado Swirl Preparation
