Instructions

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, add the softened butter and stir until smooth and creamy.
  • Mix in the minced garlic, Dijon mustard, fresh lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, crushed red pepper flakes, parsley, chives, salt, and black pepper.

Shaping

  • Transfer the butter mixture onto a piece of parchment paper or plastic wrap. Shape it into a log and twist the ends to seal tightly.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.

Serving

  • Once the butter has chilled, slice it into rounds. Serve it as a topping for grilled steaks, chicken, seafood, roasted vegetables, or on warm bread.

Notes

Store the butter log wrapped in parchment paper and placed in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. For longer storage, freeze in small portions.
