Salmon

  • 4 fillets salmon fillets (6 oz each) The star of the dish, providing buttery texture.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C), allowing it to warm up while you prepare the stuffing.
  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the chopped shrimp and crab meat with cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, parsley, green onions, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  • Carefully slice a deep pocket into the side of each salmon fillet, being gentle to avoid cutting through the bottom.
  • Generously stuff each pocket with the seafood mixture, ensuring it’s packed but not overflowing.
  • Place the stuffed salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Baking

  • Drizzle the tops with olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  • Bake the salmon for 18–20 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.

Notes

Use high-quality, fresh seafood for the best flavor. Feel free to add diced bell peppers or spinach to the filling. Keep a close eye to prevent drying out.
