Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lining a baking sheet with parchment paper ensures easy cleanup.
  • Clean the mushrooms gently with a damp cloth and remove the stems to create space for the filling. Brush the caps with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Filling

  • In a medium bowl, combine lump crab meat, cream cheese, grated Parmesan, mozzarella, mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, and Old Bay seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Use a spoon to generously fill each mushroom cap with the crab mixture, forming small mounds.
  • Sprinkle the tops with additional grated Parmesan cheese.

Baking

  • Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 18-20 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden.
  • Before serving, sprinkle fresh parsley over the stuffed mushrooms.
