Instructions

Prepare the Filling

  • In a medium mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese and crumbled feta together.

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix until well combined.

Assemble the Pinwheels

  • Spread an even layer of the filling on each flour tortilla, leaving a small border along the edges.
  • Roll each tortilla tightly from one edge to the other and wrap in plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate for at least one hour to let flavors meld and hold their shape.

Slice and Serve
