Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, fresh dill, green onions, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper. Stir everything together until smooth and well mixed.
  • Take your soft white bread and spread a generous amount of the cucumber filling onto one slice.
  • Press another slice of bread on top of the filling. Repeat this process with additional slices until you have the desired number of sandwiches.
  • Use a sharp knife to trim the crusts off each sandwich. Then, cut them into small squares or triangles for easy serving.
