Ingredients

For the Wraps

  • 2 large flour tortillas Soft, pliable, ready to cradle delicious fillings.

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill or mint Fresh herbs elevate the flavors beautifully.
  • 1 tsp olive oil Adds richness and assists in achieving that perfect golden crisp.
  • Salt and pepper, to taste Enhance the overall flavors.
  • 1 handful baby spinach or arugula Optional for added nutrition and flavor.

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, and chopped dill or mint. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste and stir until smooth.

Assembly

  • Lay the flour tortillas flat and spread a generous amount of the yogurt mixture over two-thirds of each tortilla.
  • Layer the cucumber slices on top of the yogurt spread, followed by a sprinkle of crumbled feta. If using, add baby spinach or arugula.
  • Fold the bottom edge of the tortilla up over the fillings, fold in the sides, then roll tightly from the bottom to the top.

Cooking

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a dash of olive oil. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and toast for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.

Serving

  • Let the wraps cool slightly before cutting them in half or quarters. Serve them immediately with your favorite dip or fresh veggies.

Notes

Consider adding sliced olives or roasted red peppers for extra flavor. For a healthier option, use whole wheat or gluten-free tortillas. Always use fresh ingredients for the best results.
