Instructions

Preparation

  • Slice halloumi into thick fries and dry well.
  • Coat each stick in flour, dip in egg, and press into pistachio-panko mix.

Cooking

  • Fry in shallow oil until golden and crunchy.
  • Heat honey, lime, chili, and zest until just bubbling, then remove from heat.

Serving

  • Drizzle glaze generously over the sticks or toss to coat.
