Seasonings

  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions

Preparation

  • Add the beef stew meat and sliced mushrooms to your slow cooker.

Make the Sauce

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Combine

  • Pour the creamy sauce over the beef and mushrooms in the slow cooker, ensuring everything is evenly coated.
