  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Adds richness and binds cookie crumbs.
  • 10 oz white candy coating For dipping to create the shiny exterior.
  • 1 oz additional white candy coating for each color Used for decorating.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Crush the Golden Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or blender. Transfer the crumbs to a bowl, add softened cream cheese, and mix until well combined.
  • Scoop about 1 ½ tablespoons of the mixture and shape it into an egg form. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Refrigerate the shaped eggs for an hour to firm them up.

Coating

  • Melt 10 ounces of white candy coating until smooth. Dip each chilled Oreo egg into the coating using a toothpick and place on the parchment-lined baking sheet to dry.

Decorating

  • Melt 1 ounce of white candy coating per color for decorating. Add gel icing colors and mix well. Drizzle the colored coating over the Oreo eggs to create designs.

Chilling & Serving

  • Store the decorated Oreo Cookie Balls in the refrigerator. Enjoy within a week.

Notes

Soften cream cheese to room temperature for better blending. Optionally, sprinkle edible glitter or colorful sprinkles on the coating before it sets. Set up a decorating station for kids to create their designs.
