  • In a pot of boiling water, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions but without the seasoning packets. Drain and set aside.

Sauce Preparation

  • In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to let it burn.
  • Pour in the heavy cream along with the grated Parmesan cheese, chicken broth, soy sauce, and optional sriracha. Stir to combine and let the mixture simmer for 3-4 minutes until it thickens slightly.

Combine and Serve

  • Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet, tossing them in the creamy sauce to coat fully.
  • Return the cooked chicken to the pan and gently mix everything together until well combined and heated through.
  • Transfer the fiery chicken ramen into bowls. Top each serving with soft-boiled eggs, garnishing with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds.

Notes

Allow the chicken to marinate for 30 minutes before cooking to enhance flavors. Consider toppings like pickled ginger, cilantro, or chili oil for extra punch. For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half or coconut milk.
