Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter.
  • In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, water, and minute rice until well blended.
  • Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Arrange the chicken on top of the rice mixture.
  • Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix evenly over the chicken.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 90 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let sit for about 5 minutes before serving.
