  • In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add in the ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until browned and fully cooked.
  • While the turkey is cooking, steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Once the turkey is fully cooked, add the steamed cauliflower to the skillet. Stir in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter until the cauliflower is coated.
  • Stir in the chopped spinach and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until wilted.
  • Remove from heat and fold in the fresh parsley and lemon juice before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes while cooking the turkey. You can swap ground turkey for chicken or plant-based alternatives if desired.
