Ingredients

For the Noodles

  • 12 ounces linguine Cooked to al dente perfection.

For the Steak

  • 1 pound sirloin steak Seared to your preferred doneness.
  • 2 tablespoons butter Rich, creamy butter for enhancing flavors.
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic Finely minced for aroma and flavor.
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream Base for the creamy sauce.
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese Finely grated for depth in flavors.
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper Freshly ground for seasoning.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt Or to taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes For an extra kick.

Instructions

Boil the Pasta

  • Cook your linguine in a large pot of salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sear the Steak

  • Melt the butter in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  • Season the sirloin steak with salt and pepper and sear until beautifully browned, about 3-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  • Remove from the pan and let the steak rest before slicing.

Make the Sauce

  • In the same pan, sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Let simmer and thicken slightly.

Combine Everything

  • Toss the cooked linguine into the creamy sauce and mix well. Add the sliced steak on top.

Serve Warm

  • Transfer to serving plates or bowls and enjoy warm.

Notes

You can roast garlic for extra flavor, add sautéed veggies, or use leftover steak for convenience. Garnish with fresh herbs for added beauty.
