Instructions

Preparation

  • Slice the Italian bread in half horizontally, keeping the halves connected on one side to create a hinge.
  • Drizzle olive oil on each half of the bread to keep it moist and flavorful.
  • Spread the olive salad on the bottom half of the bread.
  • Layer ham, salami, mortadella, and provolone cheese on top of the olive salad.
  • Sprinkle oregano, salt, and pepper over the layers.
  • Place the top half of the bread back on and press down gently.
