Instructions

Cook the Chicken

  • Start by heating olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the diced chicken.
  • Sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown.
  • Stir in the minced garlic, smoky paprika, soy sauce, and honey. Allow the mixture to simmer for an additional 5 minutes.

Prepare the Broccoli

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Toss the fresh broccoli florets with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper, then spread them on a baking sheet.
  • Roast for 15 minutes, or until tender and slightly crispy.

Assemble the Bowl
