  • 1 tbsp butter Ensures a smooth consistency.

Instructions

Marinate the Chicken

  • Combine the chicken pieces with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  • Toss until the chicken is evenly coated. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes, or refrigerate for up to 4 hours for optimal flavor.

Make the Garlic Sauce

  • Melt the butter in a medium skillet over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
  • Pour in the heavy cream, stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, and let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  • Add the lemon juice and a pinch of salt, then keep the sauce warm on low heat.

Grill the Chicken

  • Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).

Serve

  • Serve the hot grilled chicken bites on a platter, drizzling with creamy garlic sauce or offering it as a dipping sauce on the side.
  • Sprinkle with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

For added flavor, consider incorporating a touch of cayenne pepper into the marinade. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling. For a lighter sauce, substitute half and half for the heavy cream.
