Ingredients

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Brush one sheet of phyllo with melted butter and layer another sheet on top. Repeat to stack five layers.
  • Cut the stacked phyllo into rectangles, approximately 3x4 inches. Repeat with remaining sheets.

Assembly

  • Place one phyllo stack on the baking sheet, then add thin slices of Brie, a dollop of cranberry sauce, and toasted pecans.
  • Top with another layer of phyllo and repeat for the remaining pieces.

Baking

  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until the pastry is golden brown and puffs up.
  • Drizzle with honey or maple syrup and sprinkle with extra pecans and thyme before serving warm.
