Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken breast seasoned with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it’s golden brown and cooked through. Once done, remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.

Cooking

  • In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Toss in the chopped zucchini, bell pepper, and broccoli florets.
