Instructions

Preparation

  • In a small bowl or shallow dish, add 3/4 cup of olive oil along with 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar.
  • Stir in 1/2 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese, followed by the minced sundried tomatoes and finely chopped Kalamata olives.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of finely chopped rosemary and 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme leaves.
  • Incorporate 3 crushed garlic cloves and 2 teaspoons of chili flakes into the mixture.
  • Mix in the zest of 1 lemon, 1 teaspoon of sumac, and salt to taste, adjusting according to your preference.
  • Stir everything together until well combined. Taste and adjust the seasoning as desired.
