Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined and creamy.
  • Place the chicken breasts into a baking dish. Evenly coat each piece with the creamy mixture, covering all sides generously.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 25–30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the topping is golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
  • If desired, sprinkle fresh chopped parsley over the top before serving hot.

Notes

For more intense flavors, marinate the chicken in the mayo mixture for a couple of hours or overnight. You can also experiment with different cheeses like mozzarella or cheddar.
