Instructions

Preparation

  • Line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well incorporated.
  • Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan. Chill while preparing the filling.

Make the filling

  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
  • Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fluffy.
  • Spread the peanut butter mixture over the chilled graham cracker crust and smooth the top with a spatula.

Prepare the chocolate topping
