  • 1.5 cups chopped pecans
  • 0.75 cups dried cranberries
  • 1 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon

Praline Glaze

  • 1 cups unsalted butter
  • 1 cups brown sugar, packed
  • 0.5 cups heavy cream
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For Garnish

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped pecans, dried cranberries, graham cracker crumbs, and cinnamon.
  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter and brown sugar, stirring constantly to ensure it doesn't burn.
  • Once melted, add in the heavy cream and salt, and continue stirring until the mixture is smooth and thickened, about three minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Pour the warm praline glaze over the pecan-cranberry mixture and stir until fully coated.
  • Scoop portions onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and shape them into cookie rounds.
  • While the glaze is still warm, sprinkle extra pecans and cranberries on top of each cookie.
  • Allow the cookies to set at room temperature for 30 minutes, or refrigerate for a firmer texture.

Serve

  • Enjoy the cookies with coffee or tea, or crumble over ice cream.
