Instructions

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, pistachio paste, and powdered sugar. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream until you have a light, airy filling.

Cook the Compote

  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, add blackberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Stir occasionally and let simmer until thickened, about 5–10 minutes. Let cool.

Layer the Dessert

  • Layer the cheesecake filling and blackberry compote in serving glasses or jars, finishing with cheesecake filling on top.

Whip the Topping

  • In a separate bowl, beat together mascarpone, heavy cream, and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.

Assemble & Garnish

  • Top each dessert with the whipped mascarpone mixture and garnish with fresh blackberries and chopped pistachios.

Notes

Ensure ingredients are at room temperature for easier mixing. Adjust sweetness of blackberry compote based on berry tartness. Can be made a day in advance; add topping just before serving.
