Instructions

Grilling the Peaches

  • Begin by heating a grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly brush the cut sides of the peach halves with olive oil.
  • Once the pan is hot, place the peach halves cut-side down. Grill for 2–3 minutes or until they are beautifully caramelized.
  • Set the grilled peaches aside on a plate to cool slightly.

Preparing the Burrata

  • Allow your burrata to come to room temperature by letting it sit out for 10–15 minutes.
  • Handle the burrata gently to preserve its silky texture.

Assembling the Dish

  • On each serving plate, arrange one or two grilled peach halves.
  • Carefully position a burrata ball next to or on top of the peaches.
  • Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, scatter fresh basil leaves, and finish with a generous pinch of Celtic sea salt flakes.

Serving

  • Serve the dish immediately to enjoy the warm peaches and cool, creamy burrata.

Notes

Choose ripe but firm peaches for grilling. Experiment with flavors by infusing olive oil with herbs. Start with small amounts of olive oil and salt to taste.
