Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter to create the crust.
  • Press about 1 teaspoon of the mixture into the bottom of each muffin cup.

Making the Brownie Batter

  • In another bowl, whisk together remaining melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  • Add eggs and vanilla extract, blended well.

Assembly
