Ingredients

For the Crust

  • 14 sheets graham cracker sheets (crushed into fine crumbs) Provide a warm, buttery base.
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted Adds richness and helps bind the crust.
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar Sweetens the crust slightly.

For the Filling

  • 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips or chopped chocolate bars Melts into a luscious layer.
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows Provide that fluffy texture typical of s’mores.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper or foil and lightly grease it.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until crumbly. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  • Bake the crust for 8–10 minutes until set and slightly golden. Remove from oven and let cool.

Assembly

  • While the crust is warm, sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the surface. Let sit for 2–3 minutes to soften, then spread evenly.
  • Scatter mini marshmallows over melted chocolate.
  • Return the pan to the oven for an additional 5–7 minutes until marshmallows are puffed and lightly golden. Broil for 1–2 minutes for a toastier finish, watching closely.
  • Allow to cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares or bars.

Notes

For added flavor, consider using dark chocolate. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top for an extra crispy topping. A drizzle of caramel sauce can be added for an adult twist.
