Instructions

Preparation

  • Blend all ingredients: cottage cheese, roasted red pepper, nutritional yeast, garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, chili powder, olive oil, and salt in a high-speed blender or food processor until smooth.
  • Taste the dip and adjust the heat with chili or hot sauce. Blend again for 1-2 minutes until harmonious.
  • Optional: Pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat gently over low heat, stirring continuously to deepen the flavors.

Serving

  • Transfer the warm dip into a serving bowl and garnish with diced jalapeños, fresh cilantro, a drizzle of olive oil, and extra smoked paprika.
  • Serve immediately with crispy tortilla chips, crunchy veggie sticks, or warm pita.
