Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken broth The base of the ramen.
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream Creates a luscious texture.
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce Provides umami flavor.
  • 1 tsp chili oil (optional) For extra heat.

For the noodles

  • 2 packs ramen noodles Discard the seasoning.

Garnishes

  • 2 pieces green onions, finely chopped Adds a pop of color and flavor.
  • 1 piece soft-boiled egg (optional) A luscious addition.
  • Sesame seeds For texture and presentation.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, coat the chicken with sriracha, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Cooking

  • Sear the Chicken: Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the marinated chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until cooked through, then let it rest before slicing.
  • Prepare the Broth: In a pot, melt the butter over medium heat, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in chicken broth, soy sauce, and heavy cream, then simmer for about 10 minutes. Optionally add chili oil.
  • Cook the Ramen Noodles: Boil ramen noodles according to package instructions, omitting seasoning. Drain and set aside.
  • Assemble the Ramen Bowls: Divide noodles into bowls, pour broth over them, and top with sliced chicken.
  • Garnish: Add chopped green onions, soft-boiled egg, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.

Notes
