Instructions

Preparation of Mint-Chili Syrup

  • Combine honey (or agave), lime juice, chopped chili, and water in a small saucepan. Put it on medium heat and simmer gently for about 2–3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in finely chopped fresh mint. Allow the mixture to cool completely.

Assembling the Skewers

  • Thread one cube of watermelon and then one cube of feta cheese onto each skewer, alternating between them.

Final Assembly

  • Arrange the skewers on a serving platter and drizzle generously with the cooled mint-chili syrup.
  • For a refreshing twist, chill the assembled skewers in the fridge for about 10 minutes before serving.
