Instructions

Make the Crust

  • In a small bowl, mix the finely crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter until well coated.

Prepare the Cups

  • Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the cookie mixture into each serving cup and press down to form a crust.

Whip Up the Filling

  • In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until silky smooth.

Fold in the Whipped Cream

  • Gently fold in the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.

Layer the Cheesecake

  • Evenly divide the cheesecake filling among the cups, spreading over the crust.

Top with Strawberries

  • Sprinkle chopped fresh strawberries on top of each cheesecake cup.

Chill to Set

  • Refrigerate the cups for at least 1 hour to chill and firm up.

Garnish & Serve

  • Before serving, crush extra Oreo cookies and sprinkle them on top. Serve chilled.
