For the Malibu Whipped Topping

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream Essential for the decadent topping.
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar To sweeten the whipped cream.
  • 2 tbsp Malibu coconut rum For an irresistible coconut kick.
  • toasted coconut flakes Optional, for added texture.

For Garnish

  • pineapple wedges For a beautiful tropical garnish.
  • fresh strawberries A fresh touch bursting with color.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Blend the frozen strawberries, white rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and crushed ice until smooth and creamy.
  • Place your hurricane or tulip glasses in the freezer for about five minutes to chill.
  • In a medium bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form, then gently fold in the Malibu coconut rum.
  • Pour the strawberry piña colada mixture into the chilled glasses.
  • Top each glass with the Malibu whipped cream and garnish with a pineapple wedge and fresh strawberries. Optionally, sprinkle with toasted coconut.

Notes

For best texture, serve immediately after blending. For non-alcoholic option, omit the rum and use flavored sparkling water.
