  • 2 pieces fresh lobster tails, split lengthwise
  • 8 large sea scallops, patted dry
  • 3 tablespoons creamy, unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter until smooth and aromatic.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for about 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

Cooking

  • Place the lobster tails in the pan shell side down and baste with garlic butter. Cook for 5–6 minutes, until they turn opaque and luscious.
  • Increase the heat to medium-high and add the scallops. Cook undisturbed for 2–3 minutes on each side, allowing a golden crust to form.
  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the lobster and scallops, then sprinkle with chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.

Serving

  • Arrange on a serving dish, garnish with lemon wedges, and serve immediately.

Notes

Pat the scallops dry before cooking to ensure they sear beautifully. For extra flavor, consider adding red pepper flakes or grated Parmesan cheese. Fresh ingredients are key for the best results.
