Instructions

Preparation

  • Begin by seasoning the chicken chunks with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  • Heat a splash of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear the chicken in batches, cooking until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Making the Sauce

  • In the same skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and let it cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Pour in the chicken broth, scraping the bottom of the skillet to lift those delicious brown bits.

Combining
