Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened goat cheese, cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, and Greek yogurt. Mix until smooth.
  • Add the grated garlic cloves and tomato bruschetta to the cheese mixture, gently stirring until evenly mixed.
  • Spoon the mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Drizzle the balsamic glaze generously over the top of the cheese mixture.

Baking

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the dip for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbling.
  • Once baked, remove from the oven and sprinkle chopped fresh basil on top.

Serving

  • Serve hot with grilled crostini or pita.

Notes
