Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a small baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Place the brie wheel on the prepared dish and arrange the pear slices and halved figs on top, followed by the chopped walnuts.
  • Drizzle with honey and sprinkle thyme leaves, flaky sea salt, and black pepper over the top.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until the brie is soft and beginning to ooze.

Serving

  • Carefully transfer the brie to a serving board, drizzle with additional honey, and garnish with fresh thyme sprigs. Serve immediately with crackers or toasted bread.

Notes

Let the brie sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before baking for better melting. You can also add dried cranberries or apple slices for a different flavor.
