Instructions

Preparation of the crust

  • In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix thoroughly until well combined, resembling wet sand.
  • Firmly press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create an even layer. Chill in the refrigerator while you prepare the cheesecake filling.

Preparation of the cheesecake filling

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Gradually add in powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with clean beaters until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until no streaks remain.

Assembly

  • Add colorful M&M candies and crunchy toffee bits to the cheesecake filling. Gently fold them into the mixture.
  • Carefully pour the cheesecake filling over the chilled graham cracker crust, spreading evenly.
  • Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the cheesecake is set and firm.
  • Before serving, decorate the top with additional M&M candies and toffee bits.
  • Slice into wedges and enjoy!
